We sold 8 bags. The first profitable day we’ve had in a while.

There have been a lot of good months in the last four years. The first really good feeling was selling 3 bags a day. I remember thinking how cool it was that we were seeing orders every single day.

I personally wrote the thank you card in every golf bag for the whole first year. I wrote them all in cursive.I really tried to feel gratitude in every sale. And if I made a little error in penmanship I’d toss the card and write a new one.

I’m sure AJ remembers when we were selling 10 bags a day and my mind would wander a bit… Cards would be flying all over the little studio on Highland…

I think that was really good for me. Writing those cards. Feeling the gratitude in each sale.

For the past 9 months it’s been a challenge to feel gratitude in every sale. It’s been hard seeing the weekly report… We lost money again. We can’t pay the factory this week. Another week just barely covering payroll.

For those last 9 months I’ve been digging daily. Searching deep each time my head would spin into negativity. I’ve been searching for things to help keep the positivity and belief that we were doing the right things. And I’m 100% confident now that we have been.

We’re not out of the woods. We have bills to pay. Big boy bills. But we’ll pay them. Our team is better than ever. Our product is better than ever. Our mission is stronger than ever.

Thank you Campbell, Nicolle, Axel, Rob, Shelly, Scratchy, Alex, Bryce, Hannah. The gratitude is very deeply felt.
