We guarantee you'll love your bag! However, if you decide it's not for you, return it unused within 7 days and we'll refund your purchase price minus shipping costs.
*Customized bags or international orders are non-refundable.
*Holiday Returns: Our return window has been extended for holiday orders, to 45 days, from the date of purchase. Return unused within 45 days for a full refund, minus the shipping cost.
Custom Artwork
"Initials" fee is $50. Includes 2-3 initials. Each additional letter costs $10.
"Get Creative" fee is $100/hr for hand-painted artwork.
