One of our biggest values as a business is authenticity. Why? Because, as you know, we value relationships. And relationships - good ones - are authentic.
And if you value relationships, you have to create opportunities to nurture those relationships.
And if you’re a global brand, you have to create opportunities to nurture relationships all over the world.
You have to.
You want to.
I was late to learn that my friends and family are really important to me. I was so focused on ME in my 20’s and early 30’s that I couldn’t see the need for relationships that didn’t fuel my personal dream of winning the US Open.
It took me getting hit by a Cat 5 hurricane, losing all my friends, and moving into a new community to realize that relationships are important.
MNML GOLF was born in that new era of my life and that’s one of the reasons why we are so relationship based.
And “relationships” is why we have spaces in communities and not strip-malls or industrial areas; to create and nurture relationships.
But not just our own direct relationships.
Friendships are born in golf every day. We are seeing that in our MNML GOLF CLUBs.
We see two members meet, join the league, and then go play golf together (sometimes grabbing food or drinks too)... All of this happens because there’s a space that creates the opportunity for it.
So, we will always have clubs.
We will always aim to find a boarded up (out of operation) building in a community and breathe life and opportunity into it.
