I made a hole-in-one!

I made a hole-in-one!
What's up MNML GOLF fam? Campbell (operations) here...

Sunday, April 19th. The day before my dad's birthday.

Every year for his birthday, my dad, my little brother, and I spend the day on the golf course.

No matter how good or bad we play, we always have a great time because we are doing our favorite thing: playing golf together.

This year's round was unforgettable.
At 8am we teed off at The Links at Terranea, a 9-hole Par 3 course in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA.

On the first shot of the round, my little brother Finny almost aced it.

I looked down at my M COMP bag and realized that I wasn't filming with my filming pocket (I always film Par 3s just in case of a hole-in-one).

From that shot on, I started filming all of our tee shots in case we made one...

Hole 2. 81 Yards.

Filming pocket now in action.

My brother hit first and stuck it to 8ft.

I stepped up and set the intention of hitting a 3/4 58 degree wedge with a baby draw.

I aimed to land it a few feet right of the pin and let it spin left from the draw.

And it did exactly that.

The ball landed 3ft right and spun perfectly into the side of the hole.

I made a hole-in-one!

With my dad and little brother watching.

And it was on camera filmed by my bag.

I wasn't prepared to celebrate but my dad certainly celebrated for the both of us.

I'm incredibly grateful to have a golf bag that was able to capture this once-in-a-lifetime moment!

And I'm forever grateful to share the love for the game of golf with my dad and brother (no matter how we play).

To my dad - Happy Birthday! I love you and I hope that my Father's Day present can be close to as good as this birthday present :)

PS - My dad is also an awesome photographer and took all of the photos that you see in this post.

Happy Golfing!
