We guarantee you'll love your bag! However, if you decide it's not for you, return it unused within 7 days and we'll refund your purchase price minus shipping costs.

Custom Artwork
"Initials" fee is $50. Includes 2-3 initials. Each additional letter costs $10.
"Get Creative" fee is $100/hr for hand-painted artwork.

- You'll get a quote and art mockup.
Once you approve the final design, we will begin painting and have your bag shipped within 2 weeks.
