We guarantee you'll love your bag! However, if you decide it's not for you, return it unused within 7 days and we'll refund your purchase price minus shipping costs.

- You'll get a quote and art mockup for approval with up to three revisions.
Once you approve the final design, we will get your bag embroidered and shipped within 2 weeks.
